No, once the order is confirmed you can not change your order.

No, once the order is confirmed you can not cancel your order.

2.4 My order has been canceled, how is that possible?

4.1 Which countries do you ship? And what are cost for USA/Canada shipments?

We ship to all countries in Europe and to USA and Canada. The current warehouse is located in The Netherlands.

Shipping costs can be calculated in the basket, onces you've selected items.

For USA/Canada we offer some discounts, until the USA warehouse is operational:

Normally 0-3 kg UPS              = € 62,50           AOR = € 39

Normally 3-6 kg UPS              = € 62,50           AOR = € 39

Normally 6-10 kg UPS            = €  75,-             AOR = € 59

Normally 10-15 kg UPS          = €   90,-            AOR = € 79

Normally 15-20 kg UPS          = € 106,-            AOR = € 89

Normally 20-30 UPS              = €  135,-            AOR = € 99

4.2 What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time depends on the country where you live and the parcel service. We ship your package the same day if you place your order before 4 P.M. (CET)

Delivery takes from 1 to 5 working days, depending of the destination.

4.3 Do you offer a warranty on the items?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all tools. We offer a 12 month warranty on all electronic tools and a 6 month warranty on others.

4.4 Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order if within the return period. In the case of warranty, you have a 12 or 6 month return period, depending on the tool. If you want to return a tool for an other reason, you can view the return period here.
