Our product range comprises a wide array of tools selected by Justin and the community, for the entire repair community. That is why we can absolutely guarantee that we only offer the best of the best!
Our electronic tools are subject to a standard 12-month warranty. On all other tools, your warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase. View all the conditions of our return policy below.

Return policy
Of course, you can call in the warranty if your tool has a defect. But you can also return your tools for the following reasons:
- Incorrect delivery
If we send the wrong articles, you can always return the tools to us.
- Technical defects & manufacturing defects
Defective articles and products with manufacturing defects can always be returned to us. If within the warranty period.
- Transport damage
Is there transport damage? Have the carrier make a note of the damaged order, take a photo of the damage and always report this within 24 hours of receiving the package. Online report incl. description of complaint is mandatory.
- Dead on arrival (DOA)
Articles that turn out to be defective upon arrival can always be returned to us.
- Not needed anymore/other
Consumers also have the right to return the ordered items within a legal period of 14 days without any statement of reason. Return costs will not be credited and are for own costs. The reflection period will expire automatically two weeks after receiving the parts.

How to return?
Put the items that you want to return in a box. Pack your return shipment securely. Next, write the order number on a piece of paper with the reason of return.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the costs within 10 business days.
AORsupply.eu/2Service B.V. reserves the right to assess and reject returns. Wrongful DOA reports, articles with assembly or user traces and articles not originating from 2Service B.V. will not be credited. The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return transport to 2Service B.V. The shipping costs of your return will not be reimbursed and are for your own cost. With the exception of a defect or a faulty delivery of 2Service B.V.
